Our Name
TULARE Consulting is named after Tulare County, California, which is home to the most magnificent Giant Sequoias on Earth. These trees are one of the oldest and most massive specimens on our planet. Tulare County has provided these trees with an environment to continually grow and thrive, despite environmental challenges and changes.

Laura Polin is the founder of TULARE. With more than 20 years of firsthand experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 15 years leading high-performing teams, she brings deep expertise in building cultures rooted in trust, alignment and shared purpose. Her work focuses on helping organizations and leaders unlock their full potential by fostering environments where collaboration thrives and people feel empowered to contribute their best.
Laura's background includes a degree in Communication Studies, a Master Certificate in Business Communication from Harvard University, Extension School, and multiple certifications in coaching and organizational development.
Alongside her team of talented professionals, she is committed to helping organizations maximize their talent, cultivate strong cultures, and achieve sustainable growth and success.
